Five of my Joys:
⭐Temples of all faiths opening to the same light
⭐Sunlit streets paved with pink bricks from the South of France
⭐Nature alive and crackling with energy
⭐Mountains of books devoured with passion
⭐Ananda : joy as a guiding thread through art, spirit and everyday wonder.

“Ananda” means Spiritual Joy. It draws its roots from the Buddha’s cousin and Ma Ananda Moyi, two figures who embodied light and devotion. This name has become my compass, reminding me of what truly matters: the magic of a smile, the quiet power of hope, and the joy we share when we open our hearts to others.
I’m a vegan neurodivergent woman in midlife, walking through a period of deep change. It’s a time of renewal, of peeling back old layers, rediscovering my rhythm, and embracing the freedom to live and create differently.
My world has always been woven from curiosity, spirituality, art, archaeology, psychology. Writing and photography are my safe havens, where I can slow down, express, and explore what lives inside me.
I find inspiration everywhere: in listening, cooking, decorating, or simply watching the world breathe. The beauty and lessons around me remind me that life is an endless invitation to create and share, with tenderness, wonder, and gratitude.
May my little joys become yours.
Ananda
