Nori & chia seeds Caviar (Recipe)

As a huge fan of seaweed, this foolproof and super-easy recipe is sure to delight your taste buds, thanks to its unforgettable savoury flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Tip: Just as delicious on vegan blinis as it is served with a poke bowl or rice.

Ingredients:

1 sheet of nori, chopped or cut into very small pieces
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of water
1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoons of oil (I usually use flaxseed oil, but choose according to your preference)

Recipe:

Mix the ingredients together and leave to rest in the fridge.
I’ll leave it up to you to decide how long to leave it, bearing in mind that the longer you wait, the more the seeds will absorb the liquid and develop a ‘spreadable’ texture.
For a sauce, you can wait about twenty minutes. The texture will already be quite nice and will blend well with your dish.
